Over Death

In verses 20-28, we Paul writes that Christ’s resurrection defeated death.

Right with God

In verse 11, Paul explains that believers are made right through Jesus and the Spirit.

Foundation

In verses 4-11, Paul reminds us that we can only build upon Jesus’ foundation.

This is true in other settings as well.

Be grateful for the foundation others have given you.

Wisdom

In verses 6-8, Paul explains that if leaders had had more wisdom during Jesus’ day, he wouldn’t have been crucified.

Boasting

In verses 30-31, Paul tells us that if we follow our normal inclination to boast and brag, it should be based upon our relationship with Jesus.

Jesus’ Care

In verses 5-9, Paul reminds the Corinthian believers that Jesus will take care of them.

Suffering Servant
